When your order leaves

Orders placed before 2pm Central on a business day usually ship the same day or the next one. Weekends and holidays push to the next business day.

What shipping costs

US shipping is priced by order subtotal: $6.95 on orders under $35 and $9.95 from $35 to $88.99, and free at $89. No markup is buried in the part price, so the cost is on screen before you pay.

• Free shipping is calculated on the subtotal after discounts, before tax.
• Bulky items such as floor liners, intakes and organizers can ship in more than one box.
• The rate and the delivery estimate on the Wix checkout page are the final word.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, and worldwide at a flat $39.95 per order. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet. Call us and we will tell you whether that is changing.

How long it takes

Most US orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship, and international orders 7 to 14 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created, and the carrier's estimate is more accurate than ours once the package is moving.

Damaged or lost in transit

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the part. We file the carrier claim and send a replacement, so you are not stuck chasing a delivery company.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. The total shown before you pay is the total you are charged.
